Everything you need is at the centre, please come with an open mind, and heart.

Unfortunately, we have a high level of people who book into these courses and do not attend. It is not sustainable for us run courses with a high ‘no show’ rate. We do always have a wait list for these courses and want to be able to continue to self-fund them.
If you cancel in the days before it starting it is very unlikely we will fill the space.
We absolutely understand emotional and physical capacity varies and sometimes it’s just how it goes.
We put these courses on at a cost to our organisation and hope for them to be highly attended, so that we can demonstrate to funders and the NHS the value of such holistic activities. Without attendance, we have no case. The wait list is evidence people want to attend these sessions.
With love – Rosie Mason

Compassionate Curiosity Circles

Sunday 15th December 2025
(7-weeks)
1.30pm – 3 pm
(Sundays)
Compassionate Curiosity Circles are a gentle introduction to the work of Dr. Gabor Maté and Sat Dharam Kaur ND. They are interactive, facilitated, experiential group sessions that will introduce you to key concepts and practices and initiate the process of Self-Inquiry.
We focus on a different inquiry each week, consisting of key questions. These questions help you to experience and express what is true for you in the present moment, while simultaneously bringing awareness to what gets in the way of your authentic expression. You will be encouraged to reflect and journal each week. You have the opportunity to share your experiences and insights in the group. There is optional home practice which may enhance your experience and learning during the course.
This work supports us to gently uncover and release the layers of childhood trauma, constriction and suppressed emotion embedded in the body, that are at the root of illness and addiction.

In the Sound Bath you are invited to lie down, wrap yourself in a blanket and allow waves of sounds to ‘wash’ over you and move through you. I will carefully select different instruments to create these vibrational waves such as Gong, Singing bowls, Voice and Drum. These beautiful instruments tap into the nervous system and slow down our brain waves, encouraging a state of calm where the body can find homeostats and self-heal.
On the day bring everything you need to be comfortable and to get the most from your experience, this may include: a yoga mat, pillows for your head and maybe under your knees, blankets – even a duvet or a sleeping bag if you want to be super comfy!
A journal to write down any inspirations that follow and a water bottle.
