Beginner Friendly Gentle Yoga Hatha/Tao Yin with Lisa

This lunchtime yoga class is an opportunity to take some time in the day to connect with yourself in the present moment, body, mind and spirit.
There will be some gentle movement, stretches, breathwork and meditation to support the body and nervous system.
I will be teaching my usual Hatha class, balancing sun and moon energies in the body and alternating with Tao Yin, Taoist Yoga which works to release chronic tension and energy blockages from the body. Tao Yin is an ancient Chinese discipline that integrates breath control, physical postures, stretching, and meditation to foster physical well-being, mental harmony, and spiritual growth.
