Erica began exploring yoga as a way to reconnect with her body, she approaches her practice with a playful mind. If she’s not a bit off balance then she’s trying too hard. She doesn’t aim for perfection, just a path toward letting go.
Join us for a peaceful and nurturing yoga practice curated for women. This gentle flow class combines the fluidity of slow vinyasa with hatha. Considered, mindful movements with breathwork and relaxation to help you release tension, build strength and restore balance. A supportive space to reconnect with yourself, unwind and move with ease.
