Join us weekly for a whole hour of peaceful guided rest and relaxation. These sessions will include yoga Nidra, Guided meditation and Mantra meditation.  We have mats and blankets and cushions at Shanti Bee but feel free to bring anything that helps you feel comfortable.

Sessions are designed to promote healing and counteract the stress hormones in our bodies.  No experience necessary for any of these sessions, come as you are.

Yoga Nidra with Cristal

Sometimes described as yogic sleep, yoga nidra is a relaxation practice that is adaptable to your needs. The body is supported with cushions and blankets while you are guided through a deeply restorative experience.

Meditations with Raffy

This session will begin with chanting, to aid, specifically, the learning and memory part of the nervous system. Following this you will melt into a guided meditation journey through your mind eye, calming the brain waves, reducing stress and tension.

Meditations with Kitty

Come and explore a variety of meditation techniques to help relax and calm the body and mind.
Combining soothing breathwork, seated somatic movement with meditation and music. This is your dedicated space to calm the nervous system, clear stress and anxiety and reconnect to who you really are.

Yoga Nidra with Jasmine

A restful space and soft place to land with somatic body awareness, gentle movement, restorative breathing, and a style of guided relaxation called Yoga Nidra. Jasmine will theme her sessions around the seasons. The content will be accessible to people managing energy limiting conditions.
