Compassionate Curiosity
Together we work to gently uncover and release layers of childhood trauma, constriction and suppressed emotion embedded in the body, that are at the root of physical and mental illness and addiction.
I offer a safe, compassionate and gentle space to others to support their healing. I meet my clients where they are and walk alongside them on their healing journey. I aim to be an empathic presence and a clear mirror for my clients, reflecting their innate goodness and value back to them, excavating beneath the layers of conditioning so they can foster a more loving, compassionate relationship with themselves, reconnecting with their body and their True Self.
My work is person centered, integrating various modalities, such as meditation and holistic wellbeing coaching and is largely based on Compassionate Inquiry, a somatic-based psychotherapeutic approach developed by Dr Gabor Mate and Sat Dharam Kaur. Following my completion of the year long professional Compassionate Inquiry training I am currently enrolled in the Compassionate Inquiry Mentorship Programme.
I have a special interest in working with addictive behaviour patterns, chronic illness, menopause, neurodiversity, trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, self-worth.
Please see here for more information on Lisa’s trainings.

“The purpose of Compassionate Inquiry is to drill down to the core stories people tell themselves – to get them to see what story they are telling themselves unconsciously; what those beliefs are, where they came from; and guide them to the possibility of letting go of those stories, or letting go of the hold those stories have on them …”
